2) if you are found to be abusing our service in any way WhoisTrace reserves the right to terminate our service to you and if neccessary report your unlawful activities to the appropriate authorities.

3) You may not use our service for mass scanning of the whois database, this may prevent others from using our service due to the server ip being blocked. Which is effectively causing denial of service to other users.

4) We hold no liability for the results provided by our whois service, as these results are obtained via external registries of which we have no control over.

5) Each registry database may also have their own terms and conditions which you may also be oblidged to agree to. Please make sure you read any additional Terms & Conditions belonging to the registry, these are normally displayed with the results.
